This policy explains what personal data viewsp.com collects and how it is used.
What we collect
Account data: email, name and (optional) phone number. Order data: the streamer usernames, quantities, durations and times of your orders. Payment data: amounts and status of your top-ups — card or wallet details are handled by our payment partner, never by us. Support data: messages and images you send in tickets. Security data: sign-in times and IP addresses.
How we use it
To provide and bill the Service, deliver orders, answer support requests, keep accounts secure (fraud and abuse prevention) and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data and do not use it for third-party advertising.
Cookies
We only use strictly necessary cookies: a secure sign-in session cookie and, for staff, an access cookie. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so no consent banner is needed.
Sharing
We share data only with providers that run the Service for us (hosting, payment processing) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
Retention
Account, order and payment records are kept while your account is active and as long as needed for accounting and dispute handling. Technical logs are kept for a short period.
Your rights
You can view and update your profile in Account. To access, export or delete your data, open a ticket from the Support page; we may keep records we are legally required to retain.
Security
Passwords are stored as strong one-way hashes, sensitive data is encrypted at rest, and two-factor sign-in is available for every account.
