We want every order to deliver. This policy explains when money goes back to your wallet.
Live never starts — automatic
If the live you ordered for does not start broadcasting within a few minutes, the order is cancelled and the full amount is returned to your wallet automatically.
Viewer limit reached — automatic
If an order would take a streamer above its viewer limit, it is cancelled at once and the full amount is returned to your wallet.
Live ends early
Delivery follows the live. If the stream ends before the paid time is over — ending a live is the streamer’s decision — the order is completed at that moment and is not refunded, in whole or in part.
Under-delivery
If, while the live was broadcasting, an order delivered noticeably fewer viewers than purchased, open a ticket within 7 days and link the order. Our team reviews the delivery records and, where warranted, refunds the undelivered part to your wallet.
Where refunds go
Refunds are credited to your viewsp wallet balance and can be used for new orders straight away. Wallet balance is not withdrawn back to cryptocurrency.
Payments
A crypto payment that is short is credited for the amount actually received. Payments that do not arrive before the payment window closes are not charged.
