Terms of Service

Last updated: October 4, 2026

These terms govern your use of viewsp.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

1. The Service

viewsp provides audience-growth services for livestreams: you choose a streamer username, a number of viewers and a duration, and we deliver additional viewers to that live for the paid time. Results on third-party platforms (rankings, sales, followers) are not guaranteed.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your password (and two-factor device, if enabled) safe. You are responsible for all activity on your account. One person or business per account; accounts may not be resold.

3. Wallet and payments

Orders are paid from a prepaid USD wallet. Top-ups are made in cryptocurrency through our payment partner and credited automatically once the network confirms the payment. Prices are shown before you pay and are charged in full when the order is placed. Wallet balance has no expiry, earns no interest and is not a bank deposit.

4. Orders and delivery

Delivery starts once the live is broadcasting and our system has measured its existing audience; viewers are added on top of that audience. The paid time starts when delivery starts. If the live ends early, the order is completed at that moment and is not refunded. A streamer username can carry a limited number of purchased viewers at once; an order above that limit is cancelled and refunded automatically.

5. Acceptable use

You may only order for lives you own or are authorised to promote, and you must comply with the rules of the platform you stream on. Fraud, chargeback abuse, attacks on the Service, automated scraping or reselling access without our consent are not allowed. We may refuse, pause or cancel orders and suspend accounts that break these terms.

6. Third-party platforms

viewsp is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any livestream or e-commerce platform. Those platforms may change how they count or display viewers at any time, which can affect delivery.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost sales or platform penalties).

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
